Ingredients(healthy detox)
2 Kiwi fruits, diced (leave the peel on for extra nutrients and fibre)
1 Apple, cored and diced
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Handful/cup fresh spinach (or other preferred leafy green), washed
1 Tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
1 Cup water
Direction
Pour water in blender first as base, and then add in all other ingredients. Blend for about 10 – 15 seconds till smooth. Your green smoothie is ready. Serve chilled!
