The FaSttest Shedder is Nigeria’s first weight-loss reality TV show, created to enlighten people about the benefits of fitness, and help them embrace healthy eating habits in their daily lives, with special attention paid to individuals who want to shed more kilos the right and safe way.
Season 4 of the show is here, and it’s bigger, better and much more exciting than everything that came before! 10 contestants stay together for three (3) months, under the supervision and support from our fitness trainers that include daily workout routines, healthy eating habits, nutritional coaching, mental tasks, and entertainment to help them stay fit.
One contestant emerges as the fastest shedder and winner of the season. The question though is, “who will it be”?
